Looks like . . . .
It’s a frosty mug of ginger beer, beer partially frozen. The shot is taken with the mug placed on a white coaster. The camera was held directly above the mug, pointing down into the mug. Yep, on my desk. Drinking while working. This ginger beer is non-alcoholic though.

The very first thing that came to my mind was egg yolk, and I expected a nice recipe.. š
My husband makes the best poached eggs. We had them this morning on toasted English muffins with lox. I’ve seen him make them, but it baffles me how he can get eggs to float in water, solidify and stay hot and liquid on the inside.
